Do coaches work on personal goals or business/professional goals?
Usually both. The coach is the only professional trained to work with all aspects of your life. This is handy because very often, if something is bothering you at work, it is affecting your personal life as well and vice versa. Some clients prefer to spend more time focusing on their business goals, while others may want to focus on personal goals. How you use your coaching call is up to you!

Strategic Business Marketing Program
Through our Strategic Business Marketing Program, we help businesses develop a marketing strategy that encompasses all components of their marketing program, including internet, social media, website, print advertisement, tradeshow and event participation and more. Shift and Wake Up works with clients to make all components of their marketing program congruently align with their business. This is important, because it helps to portray the trustworthiness of your business, develops loyal clients and encourages continuous referrals.

We give you the tools to market your business and show you how to market in the new world of marketing. Many clients choose to retain us for monthly services for maintaining specific areas of marketing such as social media postings.

How it works:
1. We meet with the business owners to discuss their business goals, what they desire help with, and how we can assist.

2. We develop phase one market research: client personas, competitors and business reviews. This is an in depth analysis where we create three-to-four client profiles, review competitors by researching the internet and visiting their store when available, and review the business’ persona in the community.

3. We meet with business owner and review phase one strategy. During this meeting, we will discuss building relationships through social media, how to maximize internet SEO, and how to start building relationships with potential clients. We also show you how to establish higher search engine return.

4. We create and/or shine profiles in Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter for the business owner and develop and/or shine business profiles in the above areas.

5. We create a road map of things to do and how to get them completed.

6. We give the business owner the tools and teach how to implement the new ways of marketing.

Note: Additional Social Media Profiles cost $200.00 per profile/person.

Monthly Services
Monthly Strategic Meetings – Host this meeting with other businesses or keep it private. We will discuss your client personas, new programs or events, new business services or products, and talk about business alliances to develop.
Cost: $100.00

Maintenance Services – We will maintain two of your social media sites for you – choose between Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter. We handle posting five times a week, responding to comments, joining groups and finding friends and followers.
Cost: $475/month

Customized Services – Do you need help with a special project? We can do it for you.
Cost: $25/hour
